My story.
I've always loved helping people and being there for them in difficult times.
I have always been concerned with personal development and I chose to become a coach because I have been in coaching and therapy for a few years and the conversations I have had have changed my life, helped me to discover my personal values and to clearly formulate my mission in life. There I learned about myself that I have the gift of opening the way to self-discovery for the person in front of me. This is how I understood the treasure that exists inside me waiting to be discovered and now I can help someone else discover their own treasure.
What you need to know
First of all, I would like you to understand that the coaching session is not something ready-made, like a step-by-step guide, it comes from your own actions. I have the privilege to accompany you on the path of your own development, always knowing that this path is not mine and that my role is not to be your guide, but your companion.
In coaching you learn to put your ego aside and allow the person in front of you to discover their own greatness. Life itself is ultimately about pushing your limits to become better, more satisfied with what you do, more fulfilled, isn’t it? I also want you to understand that the coaching session is not therapy. The role of our meetings is not to make you go back to your childhood, to relive the traumas of that time, they are not intended to find the causes of your problems, but to help you become aware of what you are currently doing. The coaching session helps you discover your potential and how to reach it, overcoming yourself, through your own strength.
Basically, I will help you become a better leader, a better specialist in the field you are already working in, not by giving you instructions in your field, but just by asking you questions. Questions that you can’t ask yourself, because you’re stuck in limits that come from prejudice, routine, ego or fears.
